Tom Venuto, the creator of this program is highly qualified with a degree in exercise science as well as certifications as a strength and conditioning professional.  But the list continues with his personal training experience and his own personal fitness accomplishment.. Tom is an all natural bodybuilder which means he on no account has or will take any steroids or other illegal or legal body enhancing drugs.   Tom bodybuilding career has lead him to 28 competitions and he has the body to prove it.  At one point he had 3.7% body fat so you know he can get results

 

 

This program is over three hundred pages which includes many years of research, training and sweat. Tom has researched and studied the body type of body builders, figure competitors and fitness models. The premise of this book being, learn from the ones who have succeeded in creating and lean strong body that you want.

But just because this book was written by experts, don’t feel like you won’t be able to understand and do well with it.  It is their accomplishment that will be passed on to you to allow you to burn fat and build muscle to get to your fitness goal.

The segment in the book about nutrition is easy to follow with different level from novice to expert. If you already have past that first hurdle and are looking to get that ripped six pack abs look, then phase two and three are available where you’ll really find some innovative body sculpting tips and techniques that have helps many people get ready for competition.

Nutrition is the first and foremost essential aspect of any fitness program and it is no different in this book. You could have the best trainer or fitness program in all the land, but if you’re eating more calories everyday than you are burning, then you’ll put on fat no matter what your training plan is.

In this book, Tom has written in a menu template where you can choose and select foods from a suggested list and enter them into your meal plan template creating a custom diet to your liking. If you’re having difficulty deciding, then he also has heaps of sample diets as well.

 

You also will be walked though how to put together a fat burning, muscle building training program. It is these identical workouts that are used on a daily basis by bodybuilders and fitness competitors all over the world.  Do you like your training program better? Don’t be bothered about a thing because this programs nutrition section will work side by side any fitness program you prefer.

Another thing that sets this program apart from the rest is the section that covers mental training and the psychology of motivation that you will never read in any book. If you possess all the tools but just can’t seem to get them working together (maybe cause of old habits or inconsistencies in diet) this section will genuinely help you get over that hump.
